Jackson Butchart's bio:

Jackson Butchart lives and works in Vancouver, B.C. Graduating from Emily Carr University of Art and Design in 2010, he has been in group shows, and has work owned in private collections across North America.

 Jackson’s work tends to be a reflection of the issues and instances in his life that affect him. The subject matter in his work often subtlety addresses the point of inspiration in an indirect manner. Each previous work acts as a learning tool to inform his next body of work, as he uses life’s inspirations and his art to inform his practice.
